Oxford & Ernest Associates started in 2006 by Victor Corbett and Ben McClelland. Both founders enjoy providing solutions to peoples problems and working in the dispute resolution industry.
Since 2006 Oxford & Ernest has provided solutions to clients in over 70 cases, many of which involved high-profile companys.
As an organisation we strive to provide a professional consistent and current service, with solutions which suit both the needs of our clients and the problem itself.

OEA wishes everyone a great start to 2020 - we want to make a few little notices:
The minimum wage in NZ will raise to $18.90 from April 1st, 2020.
Uniform: Your employer cannot force you to pay for your uniform unless its in your contract. This includes if an employer tries to get you to sign a bond form.
