CONFIDENTIALITY
We treat all of our work in the strictest confidence. We do not release any of your information to anyone, for any reason unless authorized by you.
All client files are kept secure by us, for 7 years - just in case.
Oxford & Ernest Associates, as a leader in its industry, strives to uphold all practices and rules. In dispute resolution (ADR) our agents act pursuant to high court rule 5.36(2) and section 27 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006.
We are committed in ensuring the highest level of service and professionalism throughout all areas of of practice.
FEE'S
At Oxford & Ernest we understand people are often coming to us in a disadvantaged position - we don't take advantage of that. Our fee's are fixed at $50 per hour, subject to our terms of engagement.
We don't undertake 'no win, no fee' services, as this kind of practice takes away a fair chunk of our clients pay-outs; this is not what we are about. We will work with you professionally and constructively to manage all your financial concerns and needs.
Over the years our firm has seen many changes, and we are always coming up with new strategy's to effectively combat problems, and see that our clients best interests are taken care of.
Note: Oxford & Ernest Associates is a Dispute Resolution Service. We are not lawyers and do not provide legal advice as such to clients, we only try to mediate a solution to clients problems within the ambit of dispute resolution.
